CSG is offering a 12-month Benefits Analyst Graduate Programme for recent graduates interested in Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Business Administration, and Employee Experience. The successful candidate will support the administration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of CSG's global employee benefits programmes, including health and welfare, retirement, leave management, and well-being initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of global employee benefit programmes
• Maintain data integrity across internal and external systems
• Conduct audits and reconciliations
• Assist with benefits funding processes
• Support compliance with benefit plans and government regulations
• Assist with audits, filings, participant notices, disclosures, testing, and reporting
• Respond to employee benefit-related queries
• Support employee education and awareness initiatives
• Research employee benefits trends and best practices
• Assist with vendor implementations and integration projects
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Coordinate employee well-being programmes and educational sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Human Resources
• Communications
• Business Administration
• Related Field
• Strong academic record
• Proficiency in English within a professional business environment
• Valid South African ID
